(together with our affiliates and subsidiaries, “Saucal”, “we”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning) and our related products and services (our “Services”). What Information Do We Collect?

Payment Information. Our payment partners use credit card and other personally identifiable information (such as PayPal email addresses) that you submit on the Site, and other information that we collect, as required, to process payments you make through the Site or that we make to you (including under our affiliate referral program). We do not receive or store credit card or other payment method information; our payment partners have the sole and complete responsibility for the use and storage of credit card and payment information. We may share personally identifiable information with our payment partners for risk management and fraud prevention.

Generally, we store your personal data for as long as required to provide the Services to you, and when you cancel your account, we take reasonable steps to delete your personal data within a reasonable period of time. Sometimes, we may retain your information for a period of time after account cancellation to allow you to efficiently reinstate your Services account, if you so choose.
